Soft Summer

Give me a soft Summer,                                  no scorching days, no Summer blaze, a cool ocean breeze and rolling waves, azure oceans with a diamond glitter, turquoise tranquility teeming with critters. Chasing shade beneath forgiving palms, exotic birds with their exotic psalms.

I want a soft Summer,                                where the days are long, a paperback nestled between my arms, coconut cocktails and bracelet charms, headphones whisper my favorite songs. Midnight drives and misty morning strolls, warm ocean sands beneath my soles.

A soft Summer filled with sunrises and sunsets, this is a summer I will never forget…
